We made an infographics about cities in China affected by Novel Corona Virus and as a result the highest affected cities by NCOV is Hubei, The second to the highest is Zhejiang. The third to the highest is Guandong. The second to the lowest is Henan and the lowest affected cities is Hunan. After the world knew about the disease, the Philippines was warned and the people mostly the students are advised to wear face masks.
