GRADE 10 RULED THE
GAME
Grade 10 playing hard and focus but worth it. They finished the lower year level very basic for them. They swept most of the game in the Intramurals 2017 at the big Grandstand last July 19 to 21, 2017.
Grade 10 ended the game over Grade 7 in just two sets at the score of 25-13 25-19.They also defeated Grade 9 in just two sets at the score of 25-9 25-17 and in the last day of the game Grade 10 successfully defeated Grade 8 in their most challenging action at the score of 25-8 25-13.
Grade 7, 8, and 9 have the same standings, they have two loses and 1 victory win. Grade 7, 8, and 9 got the second place in volleyball and Grade 10 stallion hook medals and certificates.
Grade 7, 8, 9, and 10 are very happy for the results. The coaches are the one who will pick the players to represents the QNHS in the incoming congressional meet and also Grade 10 has the right to choose the team players.

Eagles clinched five gold in the Athletics
The Eagles athlete advanced after garnering five gold, five silver and one bronze in the 400m run, 4x100 relay, 4x400 relay, shotput and discuss throw at the 2019 Intramurals at the Quezon National High School Alcala Sports Complex, June 27-28.
Yuan Breton passed the Eagles for the 400m run with 1:16 left and her own best record.

Dolphins, Stallions destroy Tigers and Eagles offensive
Captain Ball Adarlo and 1st folder Noquera broke the Tigers and Eagles' combination after Adarlo unleashed a hit in the deciding set inning that sent Noquerra, Nabaja and Guansing to a homebase that lifted them to Baseball during the 2019 Intramurals at Quezon National High School Alcala Sports Complex, June 27-28.
Adarlo and Guansing trailed in the deciding inning to clinch the championship and left the Tigers and Eagles in second place, 3-2.
"We just enjoy every inning but we make sure we get the hits done," their captain ball Adarlo said.
In the first inning, 3rd Cavalry successfully brought home the ball that immediately scored on their team.
The Tigers and Eagles returned for the second inning, which led 1-1.
Adarlo also quickly bounced back in the third inning and fired another hit into the homeplate.
Gallo and Deodores again chipped in from the Tigers and Eagles after trailing 2-2 in the fourth inning.
Guansing ended the Dolphins and Stallions team scoring a surefire hit and eventually took the final inning.
